Being bi, I actually can say, watching Blue Lagoon on TBS (second only to Beastmaster in terms of how Turner filled time I'm the 90s) gave me an interest in the clothed female, naked male dynamic. (Of all things, the male strippers on Married...with Children were another.) Ewan McGregor always let me continue that. And those Orlando Bloom nudes, more recently.
The gpod news is, if a woman understands, sometimes I just need to crank one out with the boys or have a nude wrestling tourney, she probably is up for going to the beach wearing something while I wear nothing.
daniel radcliffe (harry potter) has also developed quite a record of "getting his dick out" in acting roles... xD (starting in the play equus @ 17; as a rather clever way of getting UN-typecast as harry potter)
